and regulations for cooking, judging and
garnish.
Regardless of experience, this is
sure to
be a GREAT EXPERIENCE for everyone!
Over
the years, this contest has proven to be a great launch pad for 'local' and
'new' teams to cook in a
fantastic learning
environment
for honing their experience and skills, and a great place for
'seasoned' teams to
try out new recipes and techniques!

After July 11, 2010, entry fee is $115.00.

$5.00 Entry Fee. Entries MUST utilize Peaches -OR-
one of Orchard View Winery's Wines. Entries may, or may
not, be prepared onsite and must be submitted for judging by
3pm. Entry fee paid at registration.
